Executive Chef Chris Ferrier
Chris is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He comes to The National as an accomplished Executive Chef with a strong combination of culinary and management acumen, coupled with a background in off-premise, corporate, sports and social events. Executive Chef Chris Ferrier has extensive experience in high volume kitchens, 4-star resorts, banquets and fine dining.
The Dining Room
Our beautifully renovated 800-seat dining room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Choose from an abundant array of varied, healthful buffet selections, plus specialty items prepared by our chefs. Conference dining meals are included as part of The National Conference Center’s Complete Meeting Package.

Lunch 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, daily
