Meet Our Chef

Our Executive Chef Todd Goldian promotes food-for-thought dishes made with brain-friendly food to help cognitive retention and enhanced performance. Every meal is fresh, flavorful and thoughtfully balanced to help you feel your best and boost your capacity for attention and learning. He proudly adheres to the East Coast's sustainable seafood list to help conserve the Earth's water resources, offering delicious menu options that feature the freshest produce from local farmers and vendors to create meals that are nutritious and delicious.

Chef Todd’s career in the food service industry began at The Inn at Little Washington, a five star and five diamond restaurant in Washington, Virginia. He spent two years learning about fine dining, scratch cooking, the highest levels of service, and honing his pastry skills. Over the next seven years, Todd expanded his talents within large luxury hotels in Washington, D.C., including The Willard and The Ritz Carlton; there Chef Todd brought the fine dining concepts him to take the fine dining concepts that he learned at The Inn at Little Washington and apply them to large banquets. Todd has served and cooked for royalty, professional sports teams, presidents, politicians as well as high end weddings and holiday parties.
