The Dining Room
The expansive 800-seat Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Choose from an abundant array of varied, healthful buffet selections and action stations, plus specialty items prepared daily by Executive Chef Chris Ferrier. Conference dining meals are included as part of The National’s Complete Meeting Package.
- Breakfast, 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM, Monday thru Friday; 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM, Saturday & Sunday
- Lunch, 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, daily
- Dinner, 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM, daily
