The National is currently seeking a PM Custodial Supervisor. This position is the lead custodian on a team and will be required to oversee all custodial/housekeeping duties within a particular facility or on a particular team.
The National is currently seeking a Corporate Sales Manager who would be responsible for solicitation and management of the Corporate Group Market, as well as other markets assigned. Position will entail prospecting, lead generation, and networking in order to solicit new business and maintain existing clientele. This position would need to sell space and guest rooms that are relative to the Conference Center Business, which includes overnight guestrooms and meeting space. A clear understanding of the Hotel and Hospitality Industry are essential and you understand the inter workings of each internal department and how each functions. Communication with each department and department heads will be required on a daily basis, and a high level of understanding of the Conference Center and being able to communicate with all levels of management are critical to the selling of space and rooms on the property.
The National is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager. This position is responsible for providing all general support of HR functions to the unit in Directors absence. They will provide leadership and support to managers and employees throughout the organization and will assist in identifying best practices and organizational efficiencies, as well as coach and train line managers to properly apply human resource policies and programs within the property. They would have responsibilities to include managing, processing and implementation of the following but not limited to benefits, employee incentives, retention, turnover, recruitment, safety, training and development. This position must be able to create, plan and manage creative HR strategies, and have knowledge of EEO laws and general HR policies.
The National is currently seeking an accounting clerk. This position is responsible for general accounting tasks including general ledger entries (daily), invoice processing, purchase order reconciliation, daily deposits, process AR invoices, and other accounting related tasks.
The National is currently seeking a custodian. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining classrooms, conference rooms, and other public areas in accordance with The National’s standards of safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
The National is currently seeking a housekeeper. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guestrooms and lounge areas to meet guest satisfaction.
The National is currently seeking a front desk clerk. This person would be responsible to welcome and accommodate guests and staff in an effective and courteous manner. They would directly participate in operating a traditional 24-hour, seven days a week, hotel-style front desk operation including answering external and internal telephone calls, and taking and delivering messages as needed. They would provide guest services at the conference center so each staff member and guest experiences a positive impression of the facility. The front desk clerk works in conjunction with all guest service employees, and deals with any conference center guests and employees who require or request hospitality services.
The National is currently seeking a steward/utility worker. This person would follow the direction of the stewarding and banquet manager in regards to the pulling of items needed to support the banquet department and ensures all items are return to proper storage cleaned and ready for use. They would follow the direction of the food and beverage management team to ensure kitchen appliances are kept on a cleaning schedule.
The National is currently seeking a HVAC Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer is a skilled position providing craft-level services in one or more areas of mechanical maintenance such as the dismantling and repair of motors, engines, and other mechanical components for automotive, heating, ventilation, laundry, and air conditioning equipment.
The National is currently seeking a Catering Sales Manager who would be responsible for actively prospecting and booking special events & meetings for external customers within the local, social, and corporate markets. This person would be responsible for planning all logistics of the events. In addition, they would build strong client relationships, as repeat business is key to the success of this position. They will also achieve budgeted revenue goals.
The National is currently seeking a cook for The Black Olive. This person would be responsible for all food items prepped, cooked, and served in The Black Olive. They will need to maintain a sanitary kitchen, work station, and ensure that the kitchen is prepped adequately each night to guarantee a successful service.
