Executive Chef Mason promotes food-for-thought dishes made with brain-friendly food to help cognitive retention and enhanced performance. He also proudly adheres to the East Coast's sustainable seafood list to ensure we are doing our best to conserve Earth's water resources.
The Dining Room
Our attractive 800-seat dining room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Choose from an abundant array of varied, healthful buffet selections, plus specialty items prepared by our chefs. Conference dining meals are included as part of The National Conference Center’s Complete Meeting Package.
