What chain are you affiliated with? The National Conference Center is independently owned. Aramark Harrison Lodging manages the center.
What is a CMP? CMP stands for Complete Meeting Package. The CMP includes your room, meals starting with dinner on the day you arrive, and break stations during your conference.
How do I get to National Conference Center? Submit a “Shuttle Request Form” to schedule a pick-up from Dulles International Airport. You may complete the online form to submit your request.
If you arrive at any other destination, National Airport in DC, Union Station, etc., a taxicab is your best bet. We can make advance arrangements for you with a preferred vendor. Contact our Transportation office at (703) 724-6410. Taxicabs are also on call 24 hours a day at our facility to bring you back to the airport if you forget to schedule a shuttle back.

Is on-site parking available? Yes. Complimentary parking is available onsite for all guests visiting the center.
Are you Metro accessible? Unfortunately, we do not have a metro stop in Loudoun County. Future plans include a Metro stop within 12 miles of The National Conference Center at Dulles Airport. The orange line comes out as far as Vienna, Virginia. With advance notice, we can arrange for a taxicab to bring you the rest of the way.

We offer regularly scheduled mid-week shuttle service to the Dulles Town Center and the Leesburg Premium Outlets. A schedule is available in the lobby when you arrive.
While you are onsite, we can help with other arrangements, including car rentals, arranging taxicab services and reservations.
Can I share a room with another attendee? All of our rooms are single-occupancy and feature one bed, so sharing is not encouraged.
Can my spouse and/or family come with me? All of our rooms contain one bed. Suites have a sofa bed. Advance arrangements for significant others are required, due to the structure of our conference center. Suite availability is limited. An additional fee applies to guests sharing your room. How much will the CMP be without food included? The Complete Meeting Package is in fact that. Therefore, we do not separate food from our package.
Do you have an exhibit hall? Yes. Depending on the needs of your event, we have a variety of options for exhibits in our meeting rooms and common areas.
Can I have my attendees call in to make their own reservations? Yes, that can be arranged with advance notice. We also offer online reservations services and we will customize the reservation website specifically for your group. There is space on this registration website to include notes that you would like to communicate to the attendees prior to arrival.
Do you have golf? We have over five courses within the immediate area (15 minute drive). We can assist with gaining access to these courses and contacting them to reserve tee times.
Do you have river access? The Lansdowne Community is growing by leaps and bounds. While our walking paths do not give access to the river, the Loudoun County Parks Departments has plans underway for Park access along the Potomac.
