Follows the direction of the Banquet Captains and the Banquet Manager in regards to the pulling items needed to support the Banquet department & ensures all items are return to proper storage cleaned and ready for use. Follows the direction of the F&B Management team to ensure kitchen appliances are kept on a cleaning schedule.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with pull sheets for items needed in banquet dept.
  • Assists with making sure all items used in banquets are returned to proper place and in proper working condition.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of kitchen appliances as directed by the F&B management staff.
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the manager/supervisor. Tasks and responsibilities may be added or revised based on the volume of business and the need for the work to be completed at the present time.
