The National Conference Center Supports the Leading Ladies Initiative
The National Conference Center participated in the Leading Ladies initiative on June 27, 2023 in an effort to give local, underrepresented young women the opportunity to learn about the hospitality industry. During their visit, these young women met with our department leaders to learn about their journeys into the industry while allowing the opportunity for them to seek advice and establish relationships to assist them in their future careers.
The Leading Ladies Initiative provides students between 10th-12th grades an opportunity to break the barriers of women entering the STEM industry through a work-based learning program. To learn more about the Leading Ladies Initiative, visit their website at https://leadingladiesinitiative.org/.
